Specify the port for the email server. The default port is 25; however, if you are using a different port for the email server, specify that in this setting. The protocols are case-sensitive as shown:

Make sure the setting is updated correctly at the Global scope level.. When you use the option Forgot Password, N4 uses the system default user at the Global level to generate the email for the password.
